According to an article that just broke on wcnc, there are reports of contaminated milk formula. There is a known fraudulent scam where a couple made half of million dollars substituting milk formula for flour and returning the formula for a refund. Below is a video of what exactly happened. I woke up to an email saying that CMS have a new superintendent. The new superintendent is named Earnest Winston. The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Board of Education voted unanimously to name Earnest Winston as Superintendent of Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools at a special meeting held Aug. 2.
