The local Whitewater center here in Charlotte, NC will bring ice-skating to Charlotte this winter. The new ice-skating rink is 17,000-square-feet of ice. Ice Skating features a one-of-a-kind skating environment with three distinct programming areas. The lights will include a half-mile walking trail that will lead viewers through light installations that will feature honeycombs, vines and crystals.
